Residential Cleaning Services – Crossett Cleaning Co.

1. Scope of Services

Crossett Cleaning Co. provides professional residential cleaning services tailored to meet client needs. Services may include:

  • Standard Residential Cleaning
  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
  • Rental Turnover Cleaning
  • Deep Cleaning (by request)
  • Add-On Services (e.g., inside oven, fridge, windows, organization)

2. Service Standards

  • All cleaning is performed by background-checked, trained professionals
  • Pet-friendly and eco-conscious cleaning products and methods
  • Arrival window: +/- 30 minutes of the scheduled time
  • Supplies and equipment are provided by Crossett Cleaning Co., unless previously discussed
  • Professional, respectful treatment of your property
  • Clear communication about what is and isn’t included

3. Client Expectations

To ensure the best results, clients should:

  • Provide safe, clear access to all areas to be cleaned
  • Ensure clutter is removed from surfaces to be cleaned (unless organizational services are requested)
  • Inform us of any unique conditions (e.g., delicate materials, pest issues) in advance

If the condition of the home significantly differs from the original booking description (e.g., excessive debris, pest infestation, hoarding, or construction dust), we may adjust pricing or reschedule service at our discretion.

4. Access and Entry

You do not need to be present during the cleaning. If your property has an alarm system, please provide the code so we can deactivate it on arrival and reactivate it when we leave. We may also request a key in some cases, which will be secured at all times.

If you are home during the appointment, we kindly ask that you provide full access to the areas scheduled for cleaning to ensure we can work thoroughly and efficiently.

If we arrive as scheduled but cannot access the property, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the cleaning appointment.

5. Add-On Services

All add-on services (e.g., organization, oven and/or fridge cleaning, deep cleaning of a specific room) should be discussed at the time of booking. If you have a last-minute request, we’ll do our best to accommodate it—this may involve a follow-up appointment depending on our schedule.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty. A $50 cancellation fee will apply to any cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

If we arrive and cannot access the property, full payment may still be required, at our discretion.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the affected area(s) at no additional cost.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We bill through Harvest and accept payments via Stripe.

A 3% processing fee may be added to payments made by credit card to help cover processing fees. A $25 late fee may apply for invoices unpaid after 7 days.

9. Liability and Insurance

We are fully insured for residential cleaning services. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unsecured valuables, or fragile items left in cleaning areas. Clients are encouraged to safely store fragile or irreplaceable items prior to service.

10. Agreement

By scheduling a service with Crossett Cleaning Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Service Level Agreement.
